Privacy notice
This is a very small business and we collect as little as we can.
Who is responsible
Rebecca Dagger, trading as Swizee 3D Studio, Great Sankey, Warrington, is the data controller for this site. To contact us about your data, use the contact form.
When you place an order
Payment is handled by Stripe, not by us. You type your card details on Stripe’s own page — they never touch this website.
Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and card details, and shares your name, email, phone number, address and order details with us so we can make your order and get it to you. We ask for a phone number so we can reach you if email does not get through.
If you choose delivery, we give your name and address to Royal Mail so they can deliver the parcel. We do not share it with anyone else. If your order includes a personalised item, the name or word you typed is part of the order.
We keep order records for six years because HMRC requires it. Stripe’s own privacy policy is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep business records.
When you use the contact form
The form is handled by Netlify, our website host. Your name, email address and message are emailed to us and stored in Netlify for 90 days, then deleted.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your question.
Cookies and storage
We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your shopping basket is stored in your own browser, on your own device, using local storage. It never reaches our servers until you press checkout. Clearing your browser data empties your basket.
Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process the payment and prevent fraud.
Who else sees your data
Only Stripe (payments) and Netlify (hosting and the contact form). We do not sell, share or rent your details to anyone.
Children
Our things are made for children, but orders should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — though we have to keep order records for six years. Use the contact form.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
